These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and CCT77 ("CCT77", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the CCT77 online gambling platform, including all associated games, sports-betting services, live casino products, promotions and support functions available at cct77.cam.

To register and maintain an account on CCT77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
CCT77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals or permanent account closure.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the CCT77 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or anonymous accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and other details as requested. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. CCT77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify CCT77 immediately via the support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, compromise of your credentials, or any security incident affecting your account.
By accessing the CCT77 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that all gambling activities carry inherent risk and that outcomes are determined by chance or skill in combination with chance, with no guarantee of profit or return.
The Platform must not be used for any of the following purposes:
CCT77 reserves the right to monitor activity, investigate suspicious patterns and take action — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds or referral to relevant authorities — where misuse is identified. Platform availability is provided on a best-efforts basis. CCT77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for disruption caused by technical maintenance, third-party failures or circumstances beyond its control.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. CCT77 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the operator and displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
CCT77 references familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for user familiarity purposes only. None of these institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with CCT77 or any gambling operator. Actual available payment methods are subject to operator configuration and may change without notice.
Account balances may be maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as configured by the operator. Currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to the exchange rates applied by the operator or payment processor at the time of transaction.
Users may set voluntary deposit limits as a responsible gambling measure. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies as defined by operator policy. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution percentages are published within the respective promotion terms.
Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, denominated in PKR or the operator's configured base currency. Deposits below the threshold will not activate the associated bonus.
Bonuses and any associated free rounds or promotional credits expire after the period stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without recourse.
CCT77 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds where evidence of systematic bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage wagering or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional structures is identified. Account closure may follow in cases of deliberate misuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CCT77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all associated balances:
All content on the CCT77 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, brand names, text, game assets and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of CCT77 or its licensed suppliers. No right, title or interest in any such content is transferred to users through access to the Platform.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from CCT77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCT77 and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption or security breach.
CCT77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, continuously available, or that game outcomes will always be displayed accurately in real time. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout being credited to an account, CCT77 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly, regardless of whether the funds have been withdrawn.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited and wagered on the Platform. CCT77 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by users who access the Platform voluntarily.

Material changes to these Terms will, where practicable, be communicated to registered users via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
CCT77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance net of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to the account holder subject to verification and applicable processing procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests and active wagering obligations will be processed before closure is finalised.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence.
